Fraser is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that serves children and adults with special needs through education, healthcare and housing. Fraser is Minnesota’s largest and most experienced provider of autism services provided through Fraser Autism Services. Headway Emotional Health Services provides comprehensive mental health services for people of all ages throughout the Twin Cities metro area, with many focused on children and adolescents.
