REGISTER NOW for POCI Provider Discussion on COVID-19!

The mission of the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative (CMHC) is to provide a forum for a diverse and representative group of system stakeholders to influence the development and ongoing operation of an accessible and effective children’s mental health service system within Hennepin County. The CMHC promotes innovative service development and continuous quality improvement in the children’s mental health system by embracing the system of care principles and available research on children’s mental health services.

To this end and as part of the system of care implementation, the CMHC is committed to re/building and re/connecting with our children’s mental health provider network to strengthen its representative voices and help inform the effort. We are especially interested in hearing from providers of color/Indigenous providers about how they are seeing the COVID-19 pandemic impact families of color/Indigenous families and their own practice.

We’re excited to share that we have set the following date/time for this virtual discussion:

Wednesday, May 27th, 9-10 AM

Please join for an informal and informative opportunity to check-in, connect, and share what you have seen and experienced over the last several weeks. We are hopeful that this effort will be the first of many gatherings of this group…it is critically important that we elevate the perspectives and experiences of people of color and Indigenous people connected to the children’s mental health system in Hennepin County.

Please, please, please share with other POCI providers (working in Hennepin County) in your network. Contact Etonde (etonde@lacroixdalluhnconsulting.com) with any questions.
